Our SDA homes are newly built accommodation facilities. We plan them as per individual requirements and then custom-build them. And we also want to ensure they're safe and low-maintenance. So, there is a waiting period before you can move into your preferred home.

We would like to deliver your customised house as soon as possible. But you can expect up to 6 months of waiting before you can move in. Apart from the construction time, the market availability of eligible houses also affects the waiting period.

SDA facilities require you to contribute 25% of the Disability Support Pension received from NDIS. Other factors like furniture, technology package and utility services also affect the cost.

Once the home is built, a technical team installs and sets up the selected technology package. They will train you, support workers, family members and other parties to use the installed equipment. We assist you whenever required and provide ongoing and timely maintenance.
