Step-free paths from the street entrance andparking area ensure you can get in and out of your house comfortably. Parking, too, is spacious and covered for utmost comfort. Ramps can be installed when required.

Also, stairways are designed, with grabrails,to minimise injury and discomfort.

Spacious living rooms and bedrooms allow you to move around with ease. Corridors and passageways support ease of access within your home. Wide opening doors further reduce any trouble moving in and out of your rooms.

The houses feature fully assistive technology. Central control for heating, cooling, and other electrical outlets is available. We also have put blinds and automated doors and windows.

Then, laminated glasses and proper sound proofing provide you with the peace of mind a home should have.

All rooms, including the kitchens and laundry spaces, feature slip-resistant flooring. And they pack in plenty of space for cupboards and appliances. Also, all the key appliances, taps and knobs are accessible in either a seated or standing position as you need. So are the switches and power points.

The toilets are designed with space for easy access. They have grab rails for your safety. The shower recesses, too, have grab rails installed, along with slip-resistant, hob-less floors.And we have taken care of water-proofing and draining as well, to reduce any chance of slipping.
