Our Gold Level accommodation facilities are spacious houses built as per the NDIS Design Standards. These are focused on having features to make the residence, better accessible to your special needs. They meet the requirements for LHA Gold Level.

To begin with, you get spacious and covered parking areas with a levelled path to the home entrance.

A level, step-free path from the street entrance also ensures a comfortable entry/exit. Rampscan be installed if required. The home entrance is levelled, minimising the risk of any injury.

Corridors and passageways are all levelled and wide to support easy movement. Wide doors reduce any discomfort moving in and out of your rooms. And spacious rooms further facilitate ease of living in a risk-free environment.

We also have installed blinds, laminated glasses and proper soundproofing for your privacy.

Kitchens and laundry spaces feature slip-resistant flooring. They have ample space to open the cupboards and operate the appliances.

The toilets, too, are designed with plenty of space for easy access. And the bathrooms have slip-resistant, hob-less shower recesses. We have taken care of water-proofing and draining too, reducing the chances of slipping.

Also, all toilets, bathrooms and shower recesses can have grab rails for your safety. Stairways are designed, with grab rails, to minimise injury and discomfort.

The door knobs and tap hardware will be customised for your comfort. Switches and power points too will be installed at accessible heights as per your preference
