Our Silver Level accommodation facilities are delightful houses focused on improving the liveability of the residents. These are built as per the NDIS Design Standards. The houses also meet 
the requirements for LHA Silver Level.

Parking areas are spacious, so that you can move around the vehicle freely (even when the vehicle doors are fully open.

The access to home is as comfortable as it can be. A level, step-free path from the street entrance and parking space ensures a trouble-free entry/exit. Also, the home entrance is levelled to make it easy for you to open the door. Our houses have the provision for installation of ramps too, for safe entry and exit.

Corridors and passageways are all levelled to reduce the risk of injury. Wide internal doors facilitate smooth movement around the house. And doorways to rooms are designed for easy entry with clear opening space. Secured doors and windows, adequate room space and sturdy fittings further support ease of living in a risk-free environment. Similarly, you get well-planned stairways to minimise injury and discomfort.

The toilets have ample space for easy access. And the bathrooms are built with slip-resistant, hob-less shower recesses. We have taken care of water-proofing and draining too, reducing the chances of slipping. Also, all toilets, bathrooms and shower recesses have the provision for installation of grabrails for your safety, if needed later.
